Senior Marco Valle says goodbye to the Class of 2025.
To the Senior Class,
First and foremost, thank you. A president is nothing without his class and you all are no exception. Yes, I understand that I am biased, but all 308 of you are a collection of the most caring and intelligent students to ever graduate from NHP. Thank you for pushing me to constantly better myself these past years and I hope I’ve done the same to you.
We are the Class of 2025—the same class that has their 7th grade cut short but did not let that ruin their experience at NHP. We have overcome the most challenging college application cycle in recent history and have all come out victorious. But why do I bring this up and why now? Well, once we set our eyes on a goal, there has not been a single challenge that we haven’t withstood. No matter where we end up next year, this mindset of perseverance will travel right beside us.
As our days at NHP shrink to single digits, there’s one thing I need you all to remember. All it takes is one person believing in you to spark the courage to chase your dreams. And even if that person is not you yet, I want you to know that I believe in you. I believe that you will overcome those obstacles that seem unscalable. I believe that you will thrive regardless of what goals you set for yourself. Most importantly, I believe that you all are capable of much more than you realize. Our chapter at NHP is coming to the end but that is not the end of our stories.
Thank you all for the past four years, and I hope you make the next four years just as memorable.
Best,
Marco Valle
